These are slow-paced courses for beginners with minimal computer skills but require to find employment requiring computer usage. Through lectures, repetition and extra class assignments, students will learn Microsoft Office in a comprehensive manner. Course notes are in an easy-to-follow reference format. Feel free to bring your own laptops or use our computers.

Typing Learn to increase your Word Per Minute with proper fingers. We focus on speed and accuracy. You will learn techniques that improve finger reach and placement. You will also get handouts and resources for daily practice. Learn to type letters, numbers, punctuations, and capitals. We will monitor and troubleshoot your weak areas. Let’s turn your erratic robot fingers into elegant dancing fingers. Windows Topics covered: basic windows skills such as background/screensaver, file/folders management, save documents, move/copy, cut/copy/paste, zip folders. You will also learn to search for graphics and maps on the internet, manage internet settings/security, delete history and download/install. We will cover email attachments so that you can share your files/photos with friends/family. Finally, you will learn to transfer files to the USB drive.
